The winter vow

Betrayal, treachery, and blood wash across the battlefields of Tenumbra. Alliances crumble from the inside, and a new power rises in the north, a dark cabal able to raise the dead and harness the destructive gods of the old ways. As the old order disintegrates, a new tyranny imposes its harsh will on the world.

Malcolm Blakley once again finds himself on the run. Old enemies emerge to exact their vengeance, while former allies flee. Malcolm must rebuild his alliance, finding succor among the very pagans he once opposed, and who view him as a traitor. But with the final battle approaching, old feuds fade in the face of unimaginable danger.

The search for hope continues in the north. Ian gathers an army in the ruins of his homeland, while Elsa LaFey searches for the only thing that could stop this new threat—the hidden rites of the Winter Vow. Together, they will gather on the fields of Tenumbra for one final stand against the darkness, with one last hope for the light.
